Orders & Delivery
Shipping
We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Due to the high volume of orders, your package might experience slight delays. Our policy ensures that your package will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days (Netherlands). If this is not the case, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery period, we will notify you as soon as possible.
International: Are you ordering from abroad? When selecting the delivery method, you will see the estimated number of days it will take for your package to arrive. This can vary from 3 to 15 working days, depending on the country you are ordering from.
Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs vary per country of purchase and will be displayed during checkout. You always have the choice between track and trace or regular mail (at your own risk).

Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the postal service or courier service of PostNL or DHL. Once the courier service has received the package, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can see when to expect the package. Generally, delivery takes place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. Once the package has left our depot, delivery is in the hands of the local postal service. We kindly ask you to contact PostNL before sending us an email.
PLEASE NOTE! If you choose regular mail without track and trace, please be aware that this is entirely at your own risk. We cannot verify whether the package has arrived or not, and therefore, we cannot provide a refund or send new products if you claim that the package has not arrived.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products whose shipping packaging has been opened. This is to ensure the safety of our products. If you are not satisfied or have made an incorrect order, please contact us so we can search for a suitable solution.
